1) OPI Lacquer
2) OPI Katy Perry
3)OPI Topcoat

First, apply two coats of the Lilac OPI nail polish to your nails.
Wait about 5 minutes until both coats are somewhat dry.
Following, apply two coats of the Katy Perry sparkle.
Wait about 5 minutes until both coats are somewhat dry.
Last, apply a topcoat to nails to seal perfection!
